T4T helps power building organizations build impactful local and regional programs to grow and expand their base of leadership and power. We had over 40 participants from 11 power building organizations across the west! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Four of CHP&#8217;s staff were coaches, three staff led plenaries, and three staff facilitated trainings on racial equity and agitation.
