CHP hosted and anchored People’s Action Institute’s Train the Trainer (T4T) for organizers in the western region! 

T4T is a 3-day training program that strengthens and sharpens the capacity of organizers to lead local and regional training programs focused on the Fundamentals of Organizing. T4T helps power building organizations build impactful local and regional programs to grow and expand their base of leadership and power. We had over 40 participants from 11 power building organizations across the west!

Four of CHP’s staff were coaches, three staff led plenaries, and three staff facilitated trainings on racial equity and agitation. CHP leaders, Anna and Mary, attended T4T in preparation for becoming trainers for CHP!
