2013 was a year of tumultuous change in the health care system and much more is on the way. Colorado’s health alliances are poised to lead our state toward stronger and more inclusive health care systems.
We consider this session to be a great success for Colorado’s health care system, and applaud the work done by policymakers to strengthen our health care system.
In 2012 we celebrated and reflected on our rich history. We also took action as an agent of change and thought leader to improve Colorado’s health care system.
The vast majority of Coloradans are in good health. However, data from the Colorado Health Access Survey shows that nearly 800,000 Coloradans, 15% of our population, are in fair to poor health.
