Injustamente comenc\u00e9 a culpar a los m\u00e9dicos, enfermeras y dem\u00e1s personal del hospital.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras esperamos en urgencias, hay una enfermera que se queda sin almorzar porque est\u00e1 atendiendo sola a seis pacientes en un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/12\/15\/business\/hospital-staffing-ascension.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hospital intencionalmente falto de personal<\/a>. El tipo de movimiento necesario para transformar nuestro sistema de salud corporativo nunca tendr\u00e1 \u00e9xito sin que los trabajadores de la salud aprovechen el poder juntos.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde que comenc\u00e9 a formar un equipo de trabajadores de la salud organiz\u00e1ndose contra nuestro sistema de salud corporativo, me he dado cuenta de que muchos de ellos est\u00e1n tan hartos como yo. Muchos trabajadores ya no est\u00e1n dispuestos a mantener las expectativas imposibles establecidas por los administradores que no est\u00e1n en la primera l\u00ednea de atenci\u00f3n al paciente. Est\u00e1n desanimados por la forma en que el sistema de salud los arruina y al mismo tiempo afirman que se preocupan por las personas.
