Co-Executive Director
Dana is driven by the belief that we have a right to self-determine what our lives and families look like. She is on a lifelong journey to understand and dismantle the systems that prevent us from making this right a reality, including white supremacy and heteropatriarchy. With more than 15 years of experience building and supporting programs and teams, she continues to strengthen her skills in facilitation, coaching, organizational design, and liberatory strategies to fight for a more just world. In all of her work, she seeks to center relationships and our shared humanity.
Dana holds a bachelor’s in urban studies from Vassar College and a master’s in public health from the University of Colorado. She is a white queer woman, a loving sister/auntie/friend/partner/dog parent, an avid gardener, and outdoor adventurer.
